Doshi Cricket Academy’s aim: is to groom young talented players and make them reach their true potential in cricket. The mental and physical side is equally important and we want to make an individual out of the player so they are set with good habits for all walks of life.

My philosophy in coaching young and upcoming talent is simple.The first thing you learn in cricket is the basics.Without string foundation in life you cannot be successful. The same rule applies in cricket. To build a strong foundation, one needs to be physically and mentally impenetrable.

I want to help my students in achieving full potential. If they love playing cricket and if their dream is to become professional cricketer, then I can guide them through the process.

A cricket mind set a precedent for life, so they know the meaning of hard work, commitment, and honesty. I want to ensure my students are independent and that they understand their game inside out. They should have total sell-belief and confidence.

My motto is – if you don’t believe in yourself, then no one else will.
